We Should Not let our Fears hold us Back from Pursuing Our Hopes.

If fear is holding us back from following our dreams, we need to ask ourselves: and so now what? Hold onto our hopes. Accept that fear is just an emotion. It can’t hurt us. It cannot control us. And, it may even help motivate us toward a healthy change. Fear often is masked as anger, rage, anxiety, addiction, or depression turned outward and/inward. Fear is a useful tool when used wisely. It tells the us to watch out, be careful, and proceed cautiuosly. Do not ignore the gut feelings, just do not let fear engulf you and stop you from living fully.
Today’s Life Coach Action Plan: Write down what things you are afraid of. Share them with a trusted person. Now, devise a way to face at least one of them head on today. Pray for the willingness to do so. Set yourself free.
