How are we reacting to the process of letting go? Are we busily trying to control things, staying busy with doing instead of being, or having a full social calendar? How is this way of reacting and acting to life much different from the way we were abusing our minds and bodies when we were fully employed in our jobs/careeers? How are we nurturing ourselves, respecting our pain levels, and listening to our bodies and minds for signals to slow down, take it easy, and rest?
Today’s Life Coach Action Plan: Just for one day, Go slower, put down that day planner and to do list, and have a vacation. Practice just being.
